How to decide the right throughput requirement?

'Throughput is calculated as the total sum of all WAN's inbound and outbound bandwidths. The VPN throughput pertains to throughput of Peplink devices connected with Peplinks proprietary VPN bonding.

Example: customer has 3 backhaul links to their remote site.

Backhaul WAN1 - Point-to-Point Wireless Link: 10Mbps/10Mbps (Downlink/Uplink)
Backhaul WAN2 - 3G Cellular EVDO RevA (Sprint) : 1Mbps/0.5Mbps
Backhaul WAN3 - 3G Cellular UMTS/HSDPA (AT&T) : 1Mbps/0.5Mbps

Throughput requirement = (10+10)+(1+0.5)+(1+0.5) = 23.0 Mbps.
Option1: [Recommended] Need a Balance 310 or better and 2 cellular routers.
Option2: Balance 210 with the cellular data modems in a Multi-WAN Cellular Router.
Option 3: [Coming soon] Peplink MultiWAN router w/ cellular modem interface.
